A proven system to learn and most importantly connect your scales on the fingerboard. Learn about the tonal center concept of improvising.
ARPEGGIOS
Learn how arpeggios are laid out on the fingerboard once and for all through a very organized system of study. From triads to 9ths, 11ths, and 13ths, learn to apply diatonic and chromatic approach notes to create phrases having an ‘inside/outside’ sound.
HARMONIC TRIADS & SEVENTH CHORDS/CHORD-SOLO TECHNIQUE
Learn the basics of fretboard harmony. You will learn to harmonize scales with triads, drop 2 and drop 3 seventh chords. You will go home with a solid basis from which to continue your study of chords and better understand written chord solos.
CHORD/SCALE RELATIONSHIPS
Complete exploration of the relationship chords and the scales from which they derive. Lots of exploration of patterns and study techniques.
IMPROVISATION ON THE BLUES
